Forensic Evaluation Services

Kendall specializes in providing forensic substance abuse evaluation services. She often receives referrals for the evaluation of impaired professionals and Kendall's evaluations are used to inform stakeholders in the completion of character and fitness investigations and in professional disciplinary cases. Kendall also has extensive experience evaluating criminal defendants, typically for the court's consideration during the sentencing phase of the legal process.  

 

Kendall uses a multidimensional evaluation process firmly rooted in the American Society of Addiction Medicine's evidenced-based assessment criteria for clients with addictive, substance-related, and co-occurring conditions. The evaluation process incorporates subjective, objective, and psychometric procedures as well as the collection and review of relevant collateral information.   

 

Individual, Family, and Couple’s Therapy

Kendall provides integrated attachment and trauma informed psychotherapy services for the treatment of addictive, substance-related and co-occurring conditions including co-dependency.

Kendall works primarily with adults, impaired professionals, couples, and families. She is particularly adept at restructuring family systems to promote recovery for each individual in the family and the family system as a whole. She is also skilled at crisis intervention and individualized relapse prevention coaching. 

 

Clinical Consultation & Professional Development 

Kendall is available to consult with other professionals and organizations about the identification, assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. She also provides continuing education seminars.
